Multiple Membrane Configuration: Up to (3) 2.5” x 21” Stainless Steel Membrane Vessel Housings encapsulating 2.5” x 21” HIGH REJECTION TFC Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filters can be configured to produce up to 1000 gallons of process water daily. Typical mineral removal is greater than 99%, with a typical concentrate recovery ratio of 1:1 (50%) on most municipal water supplies.
Stainless Steel Rotary Vane Booster Pump: Increases incoming feed water pressure to 200 psi if needed for maximum Membrane performance. The Stainless Steel Pump Head resists rust and corrosion when used with varying water conditions.
Stainless Steel Concentrate Needle Valve: Regulates the ratio of concentrated minerals rinsed to the drain during Membrane production, and adjusts the Booster Pump operating pressure. The Stainless Steel Valve Body and Stem resists rust and corrosion preventing premature deterioration and failure of the needle stem to maintain a consistent calibration of the drain water flow.
Electronic Display Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Meter: Displays the amount of any mineral residual remaining in the high purity water after permeating through the Membrane filter or filter elements. Typical unit of measure display is in ppm (parts per million)
“Patented” Membrane Anti-Scalant: Proprietary chemical feed preserves and extends the life of the membrane element or elements by reducing the formation of Calcium and Magnesium carbonates on the pores of the Membrane skin.
Low and High Water Pressure Cut-off Switch: Prevents the system from operating if inlet feed water source is turned off, disconnected, or temporarily interrupted, and when the pressurized storage tank is full of the high purity de-mineralized water.
High Tank level Cut-off Switch: Prevents the system from operating when the atmospheric storage tank is full of the high purity de-mineralized water.
Glass-Vu Flow Meters For Permeate, Concentrate And Recycle: Allows accurate monitoring of membrane production to determine when it is time to clean or replace the membrane elements, and adjustment for the concentrate and re-circulated drain streams when applicable.
Liquid Filled Pressure Gauges: Allows accurate monitoring of the incoming feed water pressure to the pre-filters, also monitors the Booster Pump operating pressure and Membrane incoming feed water operating pressure, and monitors the Membranes outlet operating pressure to determine when cleaning or replacement is necessary of the pre-filters or membrane element or elements.
Aluminum Mounting Frame: Supports the Membranes, Pump, Valves, Filters, Gauges, and Instrumentation. Manufactured from Aluminum bar stock for structural integrity and powder coated to resist rust and corrosion.
High Pressure Compression Fittings: Rated up to 300 psi, utilizing heavy wall Nylon with a 3-piece Nut, Flange, and O-ring.
|

1.) Concentrate Recycle Valve: Re-circulates a percentage of the concentrate drain water back into the incoming feed water of the system which lowers the ratio of water passed to the drain. Applicable on compatible water supplies.
2.) Atmospheric Storage Tanks, Pressurized Storage Tanks, and Pressure Pumps in any capacity, size, or configuration.

- Pre-Filter 1
This 1 micron 4 5/8” x 10” filter uses Graded Density Core, Micro-Fiber technology to remove Dirt, Iron, Sand, Silt, Clay, and Bacteria from untreated water. This filter provides an extremely High Density Volume Weight of filter material by thermally fusing thousands of small micro fibers together. The Graded Density Core filter material becomes extremely dense in material weight from the outer perimeter to the center core providing Graduated Depth filtration and allowing more retention of Silt and Clay to be trapped in the inner core, extending the length between service intervals and cartridge replacement. Cysts, Bacteria, super fine Silt and Clay in the 1 micron size will also be removed by this filter. This filter would normally be used as a pre-filter in a 3-stage Reverse Osmosis system using an Osmosis Membrane filter, or as a pre-filter for a small single family home or very small building, single dispensing faucets in a Bathroom, Kitchen Sink, or an Island Sink to prevent faucet screens from plugging, or combined with other Pre-filters in a Multi-Stage Reverse Osmosis system, or as a stand alone filter. This filter will remove fine particles from your water supply down to the 1 micron size when compared to other Sediment filters sold at the consumer level that have a “NOMINAL” micron rating between 5 and 50 microns, that allow more dirt to pass through the larger micron rated filters which fouls and eventually plugs the Membrane Filter. Other Sediment filters cannot retain as much dirt as the 1 micron filter because they do not have as much filter material volume weight do to the inefficiency of their cartridge design. The 1 micron filter offers the best protection against Pre-mature fouling of a Membrane filter from Silt, Clay, and other Fine Sediments.
Recommended Service Interval on Most Water Supplies: 3-6 Months

- Pre-Filter 2
This 5 micron 2 1/2” x 20” filter uses Graded Density Core, Micro-Fiber technology to remove Dirt, Rocks, Sand, Sticks, Bugs, Sediment, and other medium to smaller debris from untreated water. This filter is manufactured by thermally fusing thousands of small micro fibers together. The Graded Density Core filter material becomes extremely dense in material weight from the outer perimeter to the center core providing Graduated Depth filtration and allowing more retention of Silt and Clay to be trapped in the inner core, extending the length between service intervals and cartridge replacement. Cysts, Bacteria, and Super Fine Silt, Clay, and Debris WILL NOT be removed by this filter and will be passed on to the Membrane Filter if used in a Reverse Osmosis System, which would eventually result in premature Membrane failure. This filter would normally be used for single dispensing faucets in a Bathroom, Kitchen Sink, or an Island Sink to prevent faucet screens from plugging, or, combined with other Pre-filters in a Multi-stage Reverse Osmosis system when used on Well Water, or, as a stand alone filter. This filter can be used successfully in a Multi-Stage Reverse Osmosis System as a Primary Pre-filter providing a 1 micron or lower micron Filter is used as the Secondary Pre-filter to trap the Silt, Clay, Bacteria, and Super Fine Sediments before entering the Membrane Filter.
Recommended Service Interval on Most Water Supplies: 3-6 Months
