Patented Membrane Booster Pump: is a uniquely designed pump that can increase the incoming feed water pressure to a Reverse Osmosis System up to an additional 60 psi above the existing incoming feed water pressure. The increased water pressure enables the Membrane Filter of the Reverse Osmosis System to maximize the daily output volume and storage volume of permeate or purified water. The increased and more stable water pressure also helps achieve the maximum level of water and dispensing pressure captured in the Storage Tank Accumulator, maintains consistent rejection of the total dissolved minerals from the incoming water supply for reliable purity, and proportionally stabilizes the ratio of the concentrated Brine or drain water rinsed to the sewage drain as designed and preset by the original manufacturer of the Membrane Filter to minimize unnecessary waste of our important commodity. Great for low pressure applications when inlet water pressure is below the normal operating standard, typically in the 15-20 psi range, or when additional water is desired in the storage tank for dispensing.
Electronic Inlet Water Shut-Off Valve: A Solenoid Valve is installed to the incoming feed water supply and attached electrically to the Booster Pump and Storage Tank Pressure Switch via a Din connector wiring harness. When the storage tank pressure switch senses the maximum volume of permeate or product water pressure allowed to be stored in the storage tank, the tank pressure switch contacts open which disconnects power to the Booster Pump and Inlet Water Solenoid Valve preventing any more water from entering the Reverse Osmosis System. Once water is dispensed from the Storage Tank and the pressure decreases, the contacts inside the tank pressure switch close which allows power to activate the inlet solenoid valve and booster pump to push water through the system for processing once again to replenish the dispensed water.
Storage Tank Pressure Switch: A spring activated contact switch is installed to the inlet water supply of the Storage Tank Accumulator to control the volume of water stored in the tank, and to turn the Reverse Osmosis System on and off. When the Storage Tank reaches maximum holding capacity, the tank pressure switch contacts open which disconnects power to the Booster Pump and Inlet Water Solenoid Valve preventing any more water from entering the Reverse Osmosis System. Once water is dispensed from the Storage Tank and the pressure decreases, the contacts inside the tank pressure switch close which allows power to activate the inlet solenoid valve and booster pump to push water through the system for processing once again to replenish the dispensed water.
“Double” Membrane Check Valve: ¼” Polypropylene, and 1/8” MIP x FIP Stainless Steel Check Valves provide double the protection against water pressure inside the storage tank from reverse flowing back into the Membrane causing premature membrane failure.
“Molded” Membrane Flow Control: An encapsulated Sediment Screen reduces the risk of Membrane failure by preventing debris from plugging the drain capillary tube, which if plugged causes damage to the Membrane filter from insufficient or no drain water rinse.
“Removable Bladder” 2.5 gal. Storage Tank with 3/8” Water Supply: The Pressurized Plastic Storage Accumulator uses a high density Butyl Bladder to store up to 2.5 gallons of processed water from the pre-filters and membrane filter, pushing the processed water through the final post-filter when water is dispensed. The Bladder is easily removed for periodic cleaning of Bio-film buildup, insuring consistent purity. The upgraded 3/8” Tank Ball Valve and Tubing provides higher flow rates when dispensing water.
“Ceramic Disc” Air-Gap Faucet with 3/8” Water Supply: This faucet prevents the drain water of the Membrane filter from reverse flowing back into the Membrane in the event the drain water cannot be pushed into the drain system due to a pressure restriction, which could cause possible contamination to the filters. The Ceramic Disc cartridge offers ¼ turn ease of operation and extended durability and performance during the life of the faucet. The upgraded 3/8” supply Tubing provides higher flow rates when dispensing.
High Pressure Compression Fittings: Rated up to 300 psi, utilizing heavy wall Nylon with a 3-piece Nut, Flange, and O-ring provides unequalled reliability and performance in preventing leaks when connecting all supply line tubing to the Reverse Osmosis unit.
Inlet Water Supply Hardware: Solid Brass, Full Port 1/8” MIP x 1/4” Compression ¼ turn Ball Valve, attached to a Brass 1/2” MIP x 1/2” FIP cold water Angle Stop adapter, providing maximum inlet feed water flow and pressure to the Reverse Osmosis system.
Construction Materials: Stainless Steel including: Mounting Bracket, Membrane Check Valve, Screws, Nuts and Bolts. Corrosion-Proof Plastic including: Filter Housings, Membrane Vessel Housing, Mounting Clamps, Storage Tank, Storage Tank ¼ turn Ball Valve, Shut-Off Valve, Membrane Flow Control, and Tubing. Nylon Compression Fittings. Chrome Plated Brass Air-Gap Faucet.

- Pre-Filter 1
DPF1MIMF - Dual-Purpose, Sediment/Carbon Duplex Filter Pre-Filter
This 1 micron filter is designed to offer the consumer 2 stages of filtration in a single, compact, cartridge element, using Graded Density Core, Carbon Impregnated Micro-Fiber Technology to reduce or remove Dirt, Iron, Sand, Sediment, Silt, Clay, Cysts, Bacteria, Chlorine, Ammonia, Chloramines, Hydro-Carbon Gases, and other fine debris from untreated water. Similar to the DPF1/2MIMF Filter, this 1 micron filter provides an extremely high density volume weight of filter material by thermally fusing thousands of small micro fibers together, and then impregnating each fiber with Coconut Shell Carbon Powder creating a Modified Carbon Block Filter. The Graded Density Core filter material becomes extremely dense in material weight from the outer perimeter to the center core providing Graduated Depth filtration and allowing more retention of Silt and Clay to be trapped in the inner core, extending the length between service intervals and cartridge replacement. This also assures better reduction or removal of Cysts, Bacteria, super fine Silt and Clay in the 1 micron size by reducing the water flow or “Permeation” through the Modified Block. Coconut Shell Carbon has much smaller cell sites in the fractionated carbon granules than Bituminous Coal, offering almost twice as many cell sites than Bituminous Coal due to the smaller size. The higher quantity of smaller cell sites in Coconut Shell Carbon can react quicker to adsorbing the Chlorine, Ammonia, Chloramines, Hydro-Carbon Gases, and VOC’s from the untreated water, and retain these gases for longer periods of time than Bituminous Coal is capable of. This filter would normally be used as the PRIMARY Pre-filter to reduce or remove Sediment and Chlorine from the incoming water when combined with other pre-filters in a Multi-stage Reverse Osmosis system, or as a stand alone filter at a single dispensing faucet. This filter offers excellent protection against Fine Sediments, Chlorine, Hydro-Carbon Gases, Cysts, Bacteria and other contaminants.
Recommended Service Interval on Most Water Supplies: 1 Year

- Pre-Filter 2
DPF1/2MIMFPS - Sediment/Carbon Pre-Filter
This (1/2) .5 micron filter is designed to offer the consumer 2 stages of filtration in a single, compact, cartridge element, using Graded Density Core, Carbon Impregnated Micro-Fiber Technology to reduce or remove Dirt, Iron, Sand, Sediment, Silt, Clay, Cysts, Bacteria, Chlorine, Ammonia, Chloramines, Hydro-Carbon Gases, and other fine debris from untreated water. This 1/2 micron filter provides an extremely high density volume weight of filter material by thermally fusing thousands of small micro fibers together, and then impregnating each fiber with Coconut Shell Carbon Powder creating a Modified Carbon Block Filter. The Graded Density Core filter material becomes extremely dense in material weight from the outer perimeter to the center core providing Graduated Depth filtration and allowing more retention of Silt and Clay to be trapped in the inner core, extending the length between service intervals and cartridge replacement. This also assures better reduction or removal of Cysts, Bacteria, super fine Silt and Clay in the 1/2 micron size by reducing the water flow or “Permeation” through the Modified Block. This filter would normally be used as the PRIMARY Pre-filter to reduce or remove Sediment and Chlorine from the incoming water in a 3-Stage Reverse Osmosis system, or when combined with other pre-filters in a Multi-stage Reverse Osmosis system, or as a stand alone filter at a single dispensing faucet. This filter offers the BEST protection against Fine Sediments, Chlorine, Hydro-Carbon Gases, Cysts, Bacteria and other contaminants.

- Membrane
MEM12TFCPS - Membrane Filter > 12-150 gpd Membranes Available: MEM24TFCPS (24gpd), MEM36TFCPS (36 gpd), MEM50TFCPS (50 gpd), MEM75TFCPS (75 gpd)
This .001 micron Membrane filter uses a Thin Film Composite Cellular Skin to separate and remove Dissolved Solids, Salts, Minerals, Heavy Metals, Organic Matter, Pyroxene’s, Sub-micron Colloidal matter, Cysts, Bacteria, and other contaminants from untreated water. Water containing Dissolved Minerals and other Contaminants is forced under high pressure through a Semi-Permeable, Spiral Wound, Thin Film Composite Cellular Skin layered in several wrappings, to separate and rinse away the dissolved solids to a sewage drain, leaving only the Pure, H20 water molecules for consumption, production, processing, or manufacturing. The TFC Membrane skin has a broader PH tolerance than the CTA Membrane skin, it can remove a higher maximum threshold of dissolved solids, and removes a higher percentage of dissolved solids than the CTA Membrane is capable of removing. The TFC Membrane can be used on Municipal or Well Water with proper pre-filtration due the natural Bacteriostatic properties. Typical Rejection of minerals and impurities for the TFC Membrane is 95%-99% removal, compared to 70%-80% for the CTA Membrane. TFC Membranes are used in Vending machines and Bottled Water processing plants across the U.S.A. This is the best Membrane choice available for producing the highest purity water from a Residential Reverse Osmosis System.

- Post-Filter

This (½) .5 micron filter uses Solid Pressed Molded Carbon Block Technology to reduce or remove Cysts, Bacteria, Fungus, Algae, Chlorine, Ammonia, Chloramines, Hydro-Carbon Gases, and VOC’s (Volatile Organic Chemicals) from untreated water. Small granules of Coconut Shell Carbon are Crushed, Pressed and Bonded together with a “PATENTED” heat molding process to form a solid BLOCK or Brick of Carbon. The (½) .5-micron Carbon Block Density assures better removal of contaminants by reducing the water flow or “Permeation” through the Block, and, minimizes water channeling associated with other Carbon filters. The solid Carbon Block provides 2 to 10 times more volume weight of filter material compared to other Granular Carbon, Block, and Fiber type filters by greatly reducing the porosity of the loose granules of Carbon, and void areas between fibers. This filter has also been known to be effective in reducing or removing Petroleum By-products such as MTBE, Toluene, Benzene, etc., and also Cysts and Bacteria such as Cryptosporidium, Cyclospora, Giardia, E-Coli, and Legionnaires Disease. This filter would normally be used as a post-filter for a Reverse Osmosis system, or combined with other pre-filters in a Multi-stage Reverse Osmosis system, or as a stand alone filter. Other Carbon filters require more frequent service intervals and cartridge replacement. This filter offers the BEST protection against Fine Sediments, Chlorine, Hydro-Carbon Gases, VOC’s, Cysts, Bacteria and other contaminants.
